Abstract

The study utilized a descriptive, non-experimental method. The respondents of the study were 100 registered nurses working as call center agents from selected call center in Southern Luzon and National Capital Region. The sampling method used was snowball sampling. The study utilized a survey questionnaire which was adapted in the study “The hygiene and the motivational factors in relation to job satisfaction of professional nurses of Pagamutang Pangkaisipan ng Lungsod ng Trece Martirez”. The statistical treatments used in the study were relative frequency, frequency distribution, percentage distribution, mean, F-test or One-way ANOVA and T-test. The conclusions stated below were made based from the findings: 1) Majority of the respondents are 20-25 years old, female, single, earning a monthly income between Php10,001-Php20,000 and worked as call center agents for 6 months to 1 year; 2) The level of job satisfaction of registered nurses working as call center agents are satisfied in terms of factors affecting job satisfaction namely: hygiene factors and motivation factors; 3) There was no significant difference in the level of job satisfaction of registered nurses working as call center agents when grouped according to age, gender, civil status and monthly income. There was a significant difference when grouped according to length of working experience.
