Abstract

The study utilized the descriptive non-experimental quantitative method of research. Using purposive sampling, the total number of respondents involved is 100 mothers. They had been chosen in terms of age, civil status, religion, educational attainment, monthly family income, and number of children. In this study, indirect or self-made questionnaire method of collecting data was applied. In order to test the hypothesis and to answer specific problem, the following statistical treatment were used: percentage, mean, f-test and t-test. The following conclusions were derived from the aforementioned findings: 1) Majority of the respondents were 25-34 years old, married, Catholic, high school graduate, with the family income that ranges from Php5,001-10,000 and has one (1) or two (2) children; 2) The study revealed tha the mothers were highly satisfied with regards to the Immunization Program rendered in selected rural health centers in Dasmarinas, Cavite; 3) There is no significant difference on the level of satisfaction of mothers regarding the Expanded Program on Immunization rendered in selected rural health centers when they are grouped according to age, religion, educational attainment, monthly family income and number of children. The level of satisfaction of mothers regarding Expanded Program on Immunization has a significant difference when they are grouped according to civil status.
