Abstract

This study utilized quantitative, non-experimental descriptive type of research. The researcher used purposive sampling in choosing their respondents who are full time undergraduate faculty of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute. A self-made questionnaire was used as the research instrument. The main statistical tools used in the study were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, t-test and analysis of variance. The study concluded that, 1) Majority of the respondents are 36-40 years old, female, married, with Masters degree, have a monthly income of 30,001 and above, belongs to the College of Nursing and School of Midwifery and working for 4-8 year as an undergraduate faculty; 2) The undergraduate faculty of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute sometimes used stress management practices; 3) There is no significant difference on the stress management practices among undergraduate faculty of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute when grouped according to age, gender, marital status, monthly family income, highest educational attainment, college department and length of service.
