Abstract
The study utilized a quantitative descriptive type of research design using purposive sampling. One hundered (100) street children ranging from seven up to 12 years from Cavite were chosen as respondents. A self-made questionnaire was answered by the participants through a guided interview facilitated by the researchers. In data analysis, the statistical treatments used were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, f-test and t-test. The study concluded that, 1) Majority of the respondents were 11 to 12 years old, male, lives at home, have elementary level of education and were supported by parents; 2) The different factors have moderate effect in the health condition of street children; 3) There is no significant difference in the factors affecting the health condition of street children in terms of age and gender. However, there is a significant difference. The factors affecting the health condition of street children in terms of place of residence, educational attainment and support system.
