Abstract
The descriptive, exploratory, non-experimental method was used to describe and determine the distinct personalities of the respondents in terms of the profile identified. Purposive sampling technique was employed in choosing the respondents. The study was conducted at the Center for Overseas Contract Workers. A 187-item Personality Factor Test was used and distributed to 92 overseas domestic helper applicants. The completed instrument was hand scored and analyzed using mean, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Duncan’s multiple range test. It was concluded that there is a significant difference between the personalities of the respondents according to their age and educational background.
