Abstract
This study employed the descriptive method. A self-made questionnaire was distributed to 150 respondents chosen using purposive sampling technique comprising married women of Barangay Burol Phase II. Data was analyzed using mean, One Way ANOVA, Duncan Multiple Range Test, and percentage. The study concluded that there is a significant difference between the age, number of children and number of years married on the causes and services needed by battered women. Age, income per month, and the number of years married have significant difference in terms of coping mechanisms utilized by battered women.
