Abstract
The study utilized a descriptive type of research. The respondents were 95 mothers from selected barangays in Imus, Cavite selected through purposive sampling technique. An adapted and modified questionnaire was used to gather data. The statistical tests applied were frequency, mean, Chi-square and Kruskall-Wallis Test. The study concludes that, 1) Majority of the respondents were mothers in the age group 35-45 years old who graduated from college; 2) There is a significant difference on the level of awareness when they are grouped according to age and educational attainment; 3) There is a significant difference on the extent of practice in terms of age and the educational attainment; 4) There is significant relationship between the level of awareness and the extent of practice regarding Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI).
