Abstract
The study used a descriptive-quantitative research method. Non-probability purposive sampling technique was used in selecting respondents where 51 out of 171 women with age bracket of 35-53 confirmed as perimenopausal women. The researchers distributed an adapted and modified questionnaire. Statistical treatments used were frequency distribution, mean, f-test and t-test. The study concluded that, 1) Majority of the respondents were on the age bracket of 48-53 years old, attained high school education, unemployed, with one (1) to four (4) children and monthly family income below P10,000; 2) The perimenopausal women showed physical, sexual and psychosocial concern to a limited extent; 3) The level of physical, sexual and psychosocial concern to a limited extent of the respondents was not affected when they were grouped according to age, educational attainment, occupational status and number of children. The physical and sexual concerns were not affected by the monthly family income. On the other hand, the psychosocial concerns of the respondents showed significant difference when they were grouped according to monthly family income.
