Abstract

This research utilized a qualitative non-experimental design, using descriptive-analytical strategy, focusing on licensed or trained vaccinators who are working in Imus and Silang as respondents. Using a self-made questionnaire formulated based from the qualitative results of the study entitled "Challenges facing vaccinators in the 21st century: results from a focus qualitative study" By Wiot et al. (2019) and "COVID-19 booster vaccine brand hesitancy and other challenges to vaccination in the Philippines et al (2022) in gathering all the necessary data to fulfill the objectives of the study. Data was analyzed through frequency distribution, percentage, weighted mean, standard deviation, T-test for individual samples and ANOVA. It is concluded in this study that (1) Communities rely on health care professionals with regards to vaccine rollout, (2) After three years of pandemic, people have become resilient and adjusted from the situation; that is why although there are challenges that exist even up to this day, they are now perceived to a limited extent. Lastly, (3) regardless of the vaccinators' gender, profession, and work site, they perceived that the challenges in booster rollout were equally encountered.
