Abstract
Studies were searched through EBSCO host, hospitalKey, Pubmed, and ScienceDirect. Title and Abstract Screening were done by all five reviewers and the research adviser in case of conflicts. Full-text screening and data extraction via Covidence were done by all reviewers independently after. In case of conflicts, these were resolved through mutual agreement between all reviewers with the research adviser involved. The study concluded that there is a lack of transcultural training for registered nurses in Asian countries in terms of availability and efficient accessibility. Despite the presence of cultural desire, a personal initiative to enhance cultural competence through cultural training is not as seen in registered nurses. This lack of training affects the cultural competence of nurses who deal with culturally diverse patients.
