Abstract
This study utilized the descriptive research design. The respondents were parents using herbal medicine in treating cough and colds, fever, and diarrhea of their children and were chosen using a non-probability purposive sampling. The researchers used an adapted questionnaire and data was analysed using frequency distribution, standard deviation, mean, t-test, and f-test. Based on the findings of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: the most common herbal medicines that were used for cough and colds was kalamansi, lagundi for fever, and bayabas for diarrhea. The respondents perceived the herbal medicines as highly effective.
