The data was gathered using the WHOQOL-BREF and semi-structured interview questions to determine the quality of life of the respondents. The researcher used the following statistical treatments to answer problems and test the hypothesis of the study: frequency distribution and percentage, standard deviation, t-test and ANOVA Test. Out of 131 respondents and 18 interviewees, the majority of the respondents are (a) females, (b) 18-40 years old, (c) single, (d) Roman Catholic, (e) currently employed, and (f) have an income of at least 11,690 pesos. Moreover, there is moderate quality of life for COVID 19 survivors in the four domains. Additionally, there is no significant difference in the quality of life of COVID-19 survivors then they are grouped according to age, sex,, civil status, religion, and employment status.
