Abstract
The study utilized the analytical and descriptive research design. Data were gathered using a Questionnaire tool that is modified and adapted from "Yoon's Critical Thinking Disposition Instrument" (YCTDI) and was sent through Google Forms link to 251 (DLSMHSI BSN students. Data were subjected to statistical treatments: frequency distribution, mean, percentage distribution, standard deviation, independent samples T-test, ANOVA test, and Scheffe's and Tukkey's Test. From the findings of the study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) Majority of the respondents are females, second year level, 20-21 years old, have a monthly family income of P76,000-131,484, and study for 1-5 hours per day; 2) The respondents perceived an overall mean that equates to a high level of critical thinking skills during the COVID-19 pandemic. specifically, the respondents perceived a high level of critical thinking skills in terms of confidence, prudence, skepticism, and systematically while a very high level of critical thinking skills in terms of eagerness, fairness, and objectivity; 3) The respondents have similar levels of perception of their critical thinking skills regardless of being grouped according to academic year level, age, monthly family income, and sex. Meanwhile, they have different levels of perception when grouped according to time spent studying.
