Abstract
The study utilized a descriptive non-experimental quantitative research design. This study was conducted in Dasmarinas National High School involving 130 selected fourth year students. Probability sampling method was used. The study used a self-made checklist questionnaire as instrument and data was analysed using percentage distribution, mean, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), t-test, and Cronbach’s Alpha. Most of the respondents were females, having a daily allowance ranging from Php51.00 to Php100.00 and with college graduate educational attainment of parents. In general, the selected fourth year high school students in Dasmarinas National High School have high levels of perception about Hepatitis A. The level of perception of the selected fourth year high school students in Dasmarinas National High School about Hepatitis A showed no significant differences when grouped by daily allowance, gender, and parents' educational attainment.
