Sampling was not done as the aimed population was the entire population of third and fourth year Bachelor of Science in Nursing students of De La Salle Medical Health and Sciences Institute in the Academic Year 2020-2021. The questionnaire was distributed through the use of Google Forms and was analyzed using mean, standard deviation, median, Mann-Whitney U test, percentage and frequency. Based on the aforementioned findings, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) The majority of the respondents were (a) females and (b) were currently enrolled as third-year students; 2) The level of satisfaction of the nursing students in establishing the nurse- patient relationships during clinical duty was very satisfied including all of the phases from Original Encounter, Emerging Identities, Empathy, Sympathy, and Rapport. 3) There was no significant difference in the levels of satisfaction of the respondents when grouped according to sex and year level.
