Abstract

This study utilized the analytical research method. Using total enumeration, 53 faculty members were the chosen respondents; however, only 50 accomplished the questionnaire. The study utilized adopted questionnaires. The data was tested using mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA test, Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis H test. The following conclusions were drawn from the findings of the study: 1) Most of the respondents were adults between 41 to 57 years old, master's degree holders, have been teaching for 16-20 years, permanent faculty, and had no administrative position, 2) In terms of stress, resilience and work engagement, a majority of the respondents had a moderate stress level, very high level of resilience and average level of work engagement, 3) It was revealed that there was significant difference in the level of resilience according to all the intervening variables, and there was significant difference in the level of work engagement in terms of years of teaching.
