Abstract
This study utilized the descriptive type research. A total of 44 person within batch 1990-1991 Midwifery graduates of De La Salle University- Emilio Aguinaldo College. Data were collected from the selected respondents by using only one instruments which is the questionnaire. A close ended type of question was used by the researchers. Data was analyzed through frequency distribution. The researchers learned that the top three factors the contributed to the 100% passing rate of the 1991 Midwifery board examination were students initiative as number one followed by mental readiness and quality of instruction as the last. This proves that the researchers hypothesis is accepted for the respondents have their own reason in choosing these factor. And the researchers believes that the faculty of the College of Nursing and Midwifery have once proved that they can mold students to become a better and useful citizen in the filed of their chosen work. It is also proven in this stud that student through their learning process then know their limitations and through this study the gain their potentials. And that the objective of the College are met in this case. The factors involving self has the greatest influence to the respondents in the passing of the board examinations.
