Abstract
This study will utilize the descriptive type of research. The subject of the stud will be consisted of fifty selected fourth year nursing students and fifteen clinical instructors of DLSU-EAC which will be selected b simple random sampling. Simple questionnaire was formulated as the main tool of gathering the data. Statistical treatment used in the study were frequency distribution. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the nursing students and clinical instructors were aware of the teaching strategies specifically: majority of the students perceived that misunderstanding and miscommunication about the lesson were the number one problem which greatly differ with that of instructors perception wherein the chose conflict in the ideas of the subject matter, thus accepting the hypotheses number one. To combat the problem, the respondents perceived the same steps which is acceptance of ideas in the subject matter. But also in the awareness of behavior both the students and clinical instructors, thus rejecting the second hypotheses. The following factors, education, age and length of experience greatly affect the teaching strategies of clinical instructors. For education respondents perceived those are MA graduate and the knowledge and confidence with regards to the lesson the show. For age, those old teachers affect the teaching strategies because of the experience the have which more on dealing and counselling with the students, and in the length of experience old in service affect the teaching methods in the same sense that alters companions and students. Therefore the third hypotheses accepted.
