Abstract
A cross-sectional, qualitative-descriptive design was used in the study. Stratified sampling was the method used to gather respondents for each health allied course. There were 159 fourth year college students from different courses underwent an online internship. A validated self-made questionnaire was used in this study. Multiple regression analysis was used for data analysis. The study concluded that the factors affecting online internship learning signify how online internship learning can still be improved and that online internship may be the best temporary solution but what is its lacking are the things clinical internship provides. These factors discussed in the study may also be a gateway to other factors that future researchers may focus on.
