Abstract
A non-experimental, descriptive analysis involving 195 participants was conducted from April to May 2021 in Barangay Medicion I, Imus City, Cavite. Quota sampling technique was used to select participants from the chosen population. An online examination type of survey and a pre-tested questionnaire was used to collect data from eligible participants. Frequency count, mean, and Pearson's Chi-square test were used to express the results. The study concluded that the participants showed an average to high literacy towards the Department of Health's Sabayang Patak Polio Campaign - Post Vaccination. There is significant association in educational attainment and health literacy. Meanwhile, factors such as age, sex, marital status, and annual income have no association with health literacy.
