Abstract

he study utilized a cross sectional research design using stratified random sampling. A total of 268 BSMLS students were chosen as respondents of the study. Self-made questionnaire using Google Form was used for data gathering. Data was analyzed through T-test, ANOVA and Chi-square test. The study concluded that, 1) The majority of the respondent has socio-demographic profile of year level 2, female, have monthly household/family income between P66,640 to P114, 240, and have less than five members; 2) The overall eating behavior of the students is interpreted as "Moderately Health Eating Behavior; 3) The overall study habits of the students are interpreted as "Good Study Habits"; 4) The majority of the DLSMHSI-BSMLS student's academic performance has General Weighted Average of 89.00 to 92.00, which is interpreted to be "Very Good"; 5) There is a significant difference between the Eating Behavior and socio-demographic profile, such as the Sext of the BSMLS students. However, there is no significant difference between eating behavior and socio-demographic profile such as the Year Level, Household/Family Size; 6) There is no significant relationship between Eating Behavior and Academic Performance based on the descriptive rating of the GWA in home-based online learning of BSMLS students when they are grouped according to Study Habits.
