Abstract
Angiogenesis is the process where the blood vessels form new one during the growth/development and vital in wound healing. Phytochemical test was conducted to determine the presence of certain constituents in the ethanolic extract. The antioxidant activity of the ethanolic extract is determined through DPPH and FRAP assays. According to the results from the different tests and observations from the CAN assay of the duck eggs and the increase of blood vessels, the ethanolic extract gives us more of a pro-angiogenic characteristic rather than an anti-angiogenic effect.
