Abstract
This paper presents a case of an early stage of breast cancer in the most difficult location of the breast, the upper inner quadrant, managed with breast conserving surgery with oncoplastic reconstruction using Matrix Rotation Mammoplasty and Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy. It aims to encourage the use of abovementioned techniques for patients who are appropriate candidates, so that a prudent surgeon will present them as options, or if expertise is unavailable, do the appropriate referral to surgeons with adequate training if the patient desires so.
