Abstract
In this report, it describes the institutional experience on two cases of recurrent phyllodes tumor reconstructed with the use of methacrylate (MMA), mesh and latissimus dorsi flap after large oncologic resections. We herein highlight the surgical techniques, particular the use of MMA and mesh either through a sandwich technique or the creation of a neo-rib, to fulfill the criteria of an ideal prosthetic reconstruction with the materials available in the institution.
