Bilateral fractures of the clavicle : a case report

Abstract

Bilateral clavicular injuries are rare. Most cases reported were associated with high-energy mechanism and in polytrauma setting. Surgical management should be indicated to reduce functional disability. Treatment outcomes should also be monitored to assess the success rate of the present management currently being given for patients afflicted with this type of injury.
