Abstract

This is a case of a 41-year old with primary amenorrhea and primary infertility who initially consulted due to hypogastric pain and was diagnosed with benign ovarian new growth, left and incidental finding of an infantile uterus on transvagina ultrasound. She underwent left salpingoophorectomy with peritoneal fluid cytology. Intra-operative findings revealed uterine agenesis associated with vaginal agenesis. Histopathology of the left ovarian new growth was a mature cystic teratoma of the left ovary. Post=operative diagnosis was dermoid cyst, left ovary and Mullerian Agenesis 9Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser Syndrome.
