Abstract
This study is a cross-sectional survey that was done gynecology outpatient charity clinic of De La Salle University Medical Center. Study population are patients who had telemedicine consult during January 2021 to December 2021. Purposive sampling was utilized in this study. A samples size of 145 respondents was included. Out of 145 respondents, 94 agree that they are satisfied with the quality of service being provided via telemedicine. 22 are neutral, 14, strongly agree, 11 disagree and there are 4 who strongly agree. There exists a significant positive relationship between respondents satisfaction to telemedicine and their internet stability and speed connection. An increase to respondents' internet stability and speed, increases their satisfaction to telemedicine.
