Abstract
This is case report of a 38-year old Filipino woman, who presented with a slow growing, non-tender, cyst on the 7 o'clock position of the ight labia minor. On gross examination, it was soft, doughy and fluctuant measuring 3.0 x 2.0 cm. A clinical diagnosis of Bartholin's duct cyst was made and marsupialization was done. Histology revealed papillary hidradenoma. This case report shows that papillary hidradenoma although rare, must be included as a differential diagnosis for anogenital lesion so that corresponding care and management maybe done.
