Eleven (10.7%)patients had smoking history. Most presented with loss of consciousness (46.6%); difficulty breathing, 13.59%); abdominal pain; non angina pain 6.79%. 22.3% had chest discomfort. 26.2% was brought to the ER within 6-29 minutes. 18 had STEMI, 8 patients with NSTEMI, without gender difference. 32% arrived asystole; 7.8% had a tracing of inferior wall STEMI and anterior wall STEMI (4.9%). Eleven of 13 patients was trop I(+)(M=7>F=4). 76.7% of patients died of cardiogenic shock within 24 hours from symptoms. Only 1 patient was given CPR at home before ER consult.
