Abstract
Family planning allows people to obtain the desired number of children and to determine the spacing of pregnancies through the use of either natural or artificial contraceptive methods. According to UN Population Fund, Philippines is one of the poorest countries with a fastest growing population associated to lack of practice on family planning among women. This is a quantitative study that aims to assess the level of knowledge, attitude, and practice of women in Cityhomes Resortville, Dasmariñas, Cavite towards family planning influenced by their demographic profile. The need for this study is to determine the factors affecting family planning. The instrument used for data gathering is an adapted questionnaire, Likert scale tool, and through stratified random sampling method. The gathered data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and analysis of variance as statistical tool to measure and identify the relation of level of knowledge, attitude, and practice based on demographics.
