Abstract
The methodology contained the verification and collection of lagundi and cockroaches, conditioning of the specimen, ethanol leaf preparation, iodoform test, and treatment application. The result of the One-Way ANOVA test was that there was a significant difference among the treatments. The Tukey Test indicated that the 90% leaf extract had a significant difference higher when compared to the control group. Based on the concept of LD50, the lagundi leaf extract is not effective. The effect of the lagundi leaf extract at 30%, 60%, 90% concentration and the control group had the mortality rate of 20%, 13.33%, 40%, and 0% respectively. The 90% leaf extract has been the most effective among the other treatments however the leaf extract is not effective based on the concept of LD50.
