Abstract

Due to the decreased health restrictions in our country, our educational practices have transitioned from online to a hybrid set-up; therefore, a systematic design of a safe space learning environment is needed (Huang et al., 2023). This study was conducted to determine the utilization of the integrated Likert scale software robots to create a safe space learning environment in classroom settings. At the same time, (1) to determine the perception of the learners in the safe space learning environment using the Data Based Integrated Likert Scale, (2) to determine system evaluation of the end user using the Data Based Integrated Likert Scale of Project Likey in creating a safe space learning environment, and (3) to determine the systematic evaluation of the expert user using the Data Based Integrated Likert Scale of Project Likey in terms of creating a safe space learning environment. Moreover, this study uses the Quantitative research method with a cross-sectional design. In this study, a total of 42 evaluators from the end and expert users were collected. The results argued that the perception of the learners was significantly impacted, resulting in creating a safe space learning environment. On the other hand, the overall results for system evaluation of end and expert users were revealed as both moderately acceptable to acceptable, with a mean of 2.479 to 2.93. This study suggests that the use of the Data-Based Integrated Likert Scale has a high potential to enable a safe space learning environment for learners and educators.
