Abstract
During the first quarter of 2020 the world went into a global lockdown due to the covid 19 pandemic. Due to the high number of covid 19 cases many of the healthcare workers have experienced high levels of stress from work. Many of the healthcare workers are having PTSS. The researchers conducted a survey using a mixed method for 30 healthcare workers ranging from 20-40 years old both male and female. The respondents are from private hospitals that are residing in Cavite. The research is conducted through different online platforms such as Zoom for the interview and Google Form for the survey. A point score system is used to interpret the data. Majority of the respondents show moderate symptoms. There is still a significant impact on their lives that they have to deal with due to the stress and hardships they have.
