Abstract
Student organizations increased significantly as the setup shifted to the online setting, as per the COVID-19 pandemic. A phenomenon known as 'BS Org,' referring to someone who participates in multiple organizations, was coined. However, with limited knowledge of the health status of these students engaged in multiple organizations, academic institutions have limited courses of action to accommodate this newfound habit of students. Therefore, this study explored the health status of multiorganizational students at a multi-dimensional level, including physical, mental, social, and emotional health. Through a descriptive research design and purposive sampling, the researchers surveyed 110 respondents from the senior high school department of De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute who willingly participated in answering a questionnaire that assessed health status and level of involvement of the students. Results showed that students who are engaged in two or more organizations have a prominent level of involvement within their organizations and have a favorable physical health status with highly favorable mental, social, and emotional health statuses. Overall, the researchers found that health in various aspects is at an ideal status. However, a more inclusive and adequate system should be in place to support these students in the long run.
