Abstract
The study will focus only on the effects of bioluminescent bacteria in Leiognathidae ponyfish against the growth of Staphylococcus aureus. It will not dwell on other types of bacteria present inside the Leiognathidae Ponyfish other than the bioluminescent bacteria and will only use Staphylococcus aureus as its dependent variable. Moreover, the study also won’t observe how bioluminescent bacteria in Leiognathidae ponyfish specifically inhibit growth of Staphylococcus aureus. The study is also bounded on two variables that will serve as the subjects for the research — the Bioluminescent Bacteria present in Leiognathidae Ponyfish and Staphylococcus aureus.
