Assessment of lead contamination of rice grain (Oryza Sativa) on selected retail stores in Dasmariñas City, Cavite
Abstract
This study focuses on the concentration level of lead in Oryza Sativa (rice grain). However, this study is only limited to three (3) selected retail stores in Dasmariñas City, Cavite. The researchers do not intend to discuss the ways to lessen the accumulation of lead and the concentration level from other heavy metals in Oryza Sativa (rice grain). The experiment is expected to be done in a span of one to two months in the year 2020, in De La Salle Health Sciences Institute and De La Salle University – Dasmariñas for the necessary equipment for the experiment.
