Abstract
The descriptive correlational study utilized purposive sampling to gain data from 17 radiologic technologists with the guide of validated multivariate questionnaire. Frquency and percentage, and Spearman's rho were were used as statistical tools. The results of the study showed high levels of knowledge, practice and compliance among radiologic technologists. However, having a high knowledge towards influenza and influenza vaccination does not guarantee that the level of practice will be high. The paper highlights the importance of influenza vaccination, which is to protect an individual from acquiring influenza in the workplace. The study exhibits the need of reinforcing better and consistent campaign programs with solidified goals, objectives, and strategies to boost compliance rate among healthcare workers in general.
