This research covers the characteristics and nutrients present in each NFA rice. This study is limited to three kinds of NFA rice, which are only found locally. The study will not try to identify the nutritional qualities of imported NFA rice. The study only aims to see the differences between NFA regular milled, NFA well milled, and NFA whole grain.
