Abstract
This study utilized the cross-sectional research design. There were 98 parents who have 2-21 year old children with special needs was selected though cluster random sampling. A self-administered questionnaire was adapted from the Parental Stress Scale and the Types of Support Questionnaire. Data was analyzed through frequency, percentage and Chi-square test. There was no sufficient evidence to conclude that there was a relationship between anxiety and social support, emotional support, information support, instrumental support and gender of parents and children.
