A case control, analytic observational design was used where female patients aged 30 years old and above of De La Salle University Medical Center who availed the serves of the Mammogram unit, Ultrasound unit, and those with OB and Cardiovascular cases from the wards and out-patient department from January 2012 up to January 2013 were identified using simple random sampling. Records of the patients were gathered and data was analysed using odds ratio, and chi-square. Results showed that there was no sufficient evidence to claim that there was a relationship between the age of onset menarche and occurrence of cardiovascualr diseases among female patients aged 30 and above in De La Salle University Medical Center, 2012-2013.
