Abstract
The researchers used a cross sectional study design. Respondents were 264 asthmatic second year students who were identified using non-probability purposive sampling. In this study, a self-administered questionnaire was used for collecting data. Data was analyzed using prevalence ratio. Among the 26 second year students, 62 respondents have bronchial asthma from which 33 (53.23%) were male and 29 (46.77%) were female. There was no association between physical activity and the severity of bronchial asthma among asthmatic second year medical students of DLSHSI.
