This study utilized the randomized controlled trial (RCT) research design. A sample population of 17 participants form the geriatric patients of Mary Mother of Mercy for the Abandoned and Poor were studied and observed. Participants were chosen using simple random sampling. Among the 17 participants, 10 geriatric patients had the intervention, which is laughter yoga, and the other 7 did not undergo laughter yoga. The p-value of 0.334788 is not statistically significant, hence; there is insufficient evidence to reject the claim that there is no significant relationship between laughter yoga and the improvement of memorization skill of female geriatric patients in May Mother of Mercy for the Abandoned and Poor, San Pedro, Laguna.
