Abstract
The study employed the descriptive research method, using a modified questionnaire fro, the study of De Luna et. al. and undergone content validation. The respondents of the study composed of 82 mammography patients from selected hospitals in Cavite and Metro Manila using purposive sampling. The data gathered was treated using the following statistical tools: standard deviation, frequency, percentage, means, t-test and ANOVA. Results showed that, 1) majority of the respondents were 40 to 49 years old and were married. Most of them were college graduates, employed and had undergone diagnostic mammogram; 2) the patients were highly satisfied in terms of human caring and concern, technical expertise, and high quality customer service. Overall, respondents were highly satisfied with the services rendered during mammogram; 3) the level of satisfaction of patients on mammography procedure has no significant differences when respondents were grouped according to age, civil status, educational attainment, employment status and type of mammographic examination.
