Abstract
The research used descriptive design and data was gathered using a self-made questionnaire. Snowball sampling technique was employed to select the respondents. Data was analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, Mann Whitney U Test and Kruskal Wallis H-Test. The findings of the study indicated that the majority of the respondents were female with a monthly family income that ranges between P10,001 to P40,000. Most of the respondents selected the personal factor as the very highly associated factor with passing the licensure examination and was ranked first amongst the other factors. It refers to the student’s distinctive manner such as habits on studying, time spent in reading review materials, academic performance, etc. The remaining factors were highly associated with passing the licensure examination, such as the school factor, peer factor, environment factor, and home factor. The factors associated with passing the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination did not significantly differ when the respondents are grouped according to sex and monthly family income, except for personal factors. Respondents with monthly family income of P60,000 to 100,00 rated personal factors as very highly associated with passing the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination compared to those with monthly family income of P10,000 and below.
