Abstract
The study used descriptive method. The respondents involved second, third and fourth year College of Medical Radiation Technology (CMRT) students and three (3) guidance counselors selected using purposive sampling technique. There were 206 second, third and fourth year CMRT students but only 168 of them responded. Data was obtained using an adapted questionnaire from the University of the Philippines Guidance and Counseling Office. Frequency, percentage distribution, weighted mean, F-test or ANOVA, t-test of independent or unrelated mean were the statistical tools used. The following conclusions were made: 1) Majority of the respondents were male. The different level of needs were as follows: studies (3.80 or much of a need), self-aspect (3.70 or much of a need), peer relationship (3.65 or much of a need), social relationship (3.63 or much of a need), and home and family aspect (3.54 or as much of a need); 2) The areas of concern for the students were very important However, the area of studies was very important, which is Much of a Need. (3) There were no significant differences
