Abstract

This study utilized a quantitative descriptive research design to determine the extent of implementation of outcomes-based education among first year to third year RT students and faculty members. Using purposive sampling technique, there were 507 participated in the study. A self-made questionnaire was used in the study. Data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation, z-value, and Mann-Whitney U-test. In the light of findings, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) outcomes-based education is greatly implemented as perceived by the radiologic technology students. 2) OBE is greatly implemented as perceived by the radiologic technology educators. 3) there is a significant difference to the extent of implementation of OBE as perceived by students and educators.
