Abstract
This study utilized the non-experimental descriptive survey method which illustrates the patients’ level of satisfaction undergoing mammography. Using purposive sampling, a total of 28 patients were included as respondents. The data gathering instrument used was a self-made questionnaire. Statistical tools used to treat the data were frequency and percentage, mean, T-test and Analysis of Variance. In the light of the findings, the following conclusions were drawn: (1) Most of the respondents were married, age ranges from 41 to 50 and unemployed; (2) The respondents were very satisfied with the services they received in the pre-during-post examination periods; (3) There are no significant differences in the level of satisfaction of patients undergoing mammography (pre-during-post) when they are grouped according to civil status, employment status and age.
