Abstract
This study used the descriptive research method. Using purposive sampling technique, a total of 75 health centers were included as the population of the study. The statistical tools were frequency and percentage. From the findings, the following conclusions were drawn: (1) Majority of the health care centers belonged to the Rural Health Unit-2 in terms of area of location, has 3-4 health care workers, has barangay population of 5,000 and below and has household population of 500-750. (2) The most common health problem encountered in Dasmarinas, Cavite were acute respiratory infections.
