Abstract

This study used the descriptive method. Using stratified random sampling, a total of 75 second year students from the College of Medical Radiation Technology of De La Salle - Health Sciences Campus were included as respondents. The researchers used a self-made research questionnaire and applied frequency and percentage, mean and t-test of independent means to analyze data. Based on the findings from the study, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) There is no significant difference in the evaluation of the respondents on the extent of implementation of related experience for the six (6) categories namely, survey on basic individual rights, experience in the rural health unit, immunization program, family planning program, maternal and child care program, and environmental sanitation program, when grouped according to gender. There is significant difference in the evaluation of the respondents on the extent of implementation of related experience in terms of nutrition program category; (2) There is no significant difference in the evaluation of the respondents on the extent of implementation of related experience for the three (3) categories, namely nutrition program, family planning program, and maternal and child care program, when grouped according to student type. For the remaining categories such as survey on basic individual rights, experience in the rural health unit, immunization program, and environmental sanitation program, there is a significant difference in the evaluation of the respondents on the extent of implementation of related experience; (3) Generally, the respondents evaluated the extent of implementation of related learning experience of the College of Medical Radiation Technology of the De La Salle - Health Science Campus for the year 2005 - 2006 as implemented to a moderate extent.
