Abstract

This study used the descriptive method of research. A total of 74 students were included as respondents using simple random sampling. This research used a partially adapted research questionnaire from the thesis of Tecson et al. (2001) to gather the necessary data. Statistical treatments utilized to address specific problems in the study were standard deviation, t-test of uncorrelated means, frequency count and percentage. Based on the findings, the following conclusions were drawn: (1) The respondents were equal in terms of gender; (2) Majority of the respondents were from Section 1; (3) The effectiveness of the Accounting Office and canteen were evaluated as good. (4) The effectiveness of the Registrar’s Office, Student Affairs and Guidance Office and Library were evaluated as very good. (5) There were no significant differences on the effectiveness of the student services programs when the respondents were grouped according to gender. (6) There were significant differences on the effectiveness of the student services programs when the respondents were grouped according to section.
